The grand-prize winner will receive one year of free mortgage payments (principal and interest only) up to $25,000, or if the grand-prize winner does not own a home, $25,000 in cash. One-hundred first-prize winners will win $50 VISA gift cards. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on January 15, 2008.

The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date.
