Your registration will expire if you don't activate your account within 90 days of submitting your registration, or if you don't access your account for 360 days.

After submitting your registration, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing your activation code and a link to the activation page, where you will enter your code along with your user name and password. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, and you are sure that the email address you entered is correct, Contact Us.
5. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page. You will be asked to enter your user name and to answer the secret question(s) you selected when you registered. If you answer correctly, we?ll send you an email with instructions on updating your password.

You should receive an email containing your activation code soon after you register. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, and you're sure that the address you entered is correct, please contact us to let us know that there is a problem. If you have a filter to control SPAM email, make sure to add Customer.Service@gmacm.com to your list of accepted email addresses.

It's possible that a large number of people are currently accessing our service and there may be problems retrieving your information. If this is the case, we apologize and ask that you try again later.

First Mortgage Customers: As an alternative, you may use our automated response service to obtain general account information, mailing and email addresses, tax and insurance information and fax numbers. You may also request payoff statements and confirm receipt of your last payment or enroll to have your payment automatically deducted from your savings or checking account.
