SmartWatch uses your loan information, current interest rates, and the estimated value of your home to show you a variety of options for achieving each of these goals.
SmartWatch Reports are mailed to eligible customers about twice each year. You can also view your report online whenever you want to—just log on to your online account or register now if you don't have one.
Most, but not all, GMAC Mortgage loans are eligible for SmartWatch at this time.
Payment Options
We want to make paying your mortgage as easy as possible. Choose the method that works best for you.
Automatic payment request
Just call 1.800.206.2901 to arrange an automatic monthly deduction from your checking or savings account. Your withdrawal will appear on your monthly statement.
Online payments
Choose an automatic monthly payment so you can schedule it and forget about it, or choose pay on demand so you can decide when your account is debited. To select a convenient online payment option, register now for account access or call 1.800.206.2901.
U.S mail or express mail
Simply mail your payment to the address on your mortgage account statement. Or, use the express mail address noted on the back of your statement.
Pay by phone
Just call 1.800.206.2901 to make a payment by phone. It's easy, and you can use this option regularly or whenever you like. We'll withdraw your mortgage amount from the account you indicate on the date you call.*
