Payment Options and Explanations
We want to make it as easy as possible to take care of your mortgage payments. Simply choose the method that works best for you.
Online Payment Services
Select an online monthly payment program which allows you to schedule your payment once and forget about it, or choose Pay-On-Demand, where you decide when your account is debited each month. Additionally, your account statement will be available for viewing online. View payment demo.
You may pay your bill online, in the "My Account" area of this site, by logging in. If you don't have a log in, please register. You will need your loan number to create a registration.
If you prefer not to enroll in one of our online payment programs, but still wish to make a payment online, we offer a Rush Pay option. This option allows you to make a payment today for a small service fee.
Pay by Phone Services
Just call to make a payment by telephone. It's easy, and you can use this option regularly or whenever you like. We will withdraw your monthly mortgage amount from the account you designate on the date you call. There are service fees assessed with this program. Taking advantage of a Mortgage Accelerator program may help you save money as well as reduce the term of your mortgage. Qualified customers submit half of a full monthly payment every two weeks which amounts to 26 payments over one year's time. The additional two payments are applied directly to your principal. Western Union
GMAC Mortgage accepts Western Union money transfers. The fee is $12.95. Provide the following information to Western Union to transfer money to pay your mortgage.

Moneygram
GMAC Mortgage also accepts MoneyGram. The fee for using MoneyGram is $8.50 for transactions up to $10,000.00. The fee for using MoneyGram at Wal-Mart locations is $8.50 with a transaction maximum of $1,900.00. Please remember to include your GMAC Mortgage account number and the receiver code - 2365. Paying Additional Principal
You may include additional payments (to be applied directly to principal) with your regular monthly mortgage payment. Please write the amount of the extra principal payment, where designated, on the Mortgage Account Statement. Additional principal payments will only be applied after the current month’s full payment has been posted to your account. Please note: you may be penalized for prepaying your loan early. Review the terms of your mortgage contract to determine if this provision applies to you. For additional principal payments over $10,000.00, please mail to:

Payment Due Dates
Payment due dates cannot be changed and remain the same every month. With enrollment in the online payment program, you can select the date your payment is made during the grace period. Please note: you will be responsible for any late charges which result if the payment is received after the due date grace period.
Line of Credit Monthly Payment Changes
If you have a line of credit, your payment changes monthly depending upon several factors which include your outstanding balance, the prime rate, the expiration of an introductory rate, and/or the number of days in the billing cycle. Please refer to your line of credit loan agreement for specific terms and conditions about your account.
