Eligibility requirements: To be eligible for reimbursement of moving supplies, you must have obtained a new first mortgage from the GMAC Mortgage National Loan Center at 1.877.641.4622 to finance the purchase of a home. The application date on your mortgage must be on or after June 15, 2005. Refinance mortgages, home equity loans and mortgages originated by a GMAC Mortgage retail branch office or Ditech.com are not eligible. Only the cost of moving supplies purchased from Box Bundles is eligible for reimbursement. Requests for reimbursement must include this form, a copy of your Box Bundles order acknowledgement, email receipt or packing slip, and be sent to the address above within 6 weeks of the closing of your new loan. Please allow 6-8 weeks to process your request.
