GMAC Mortgage customers who apply for a rate-reduction refinance may be eligible for a streamlined online application process. 

The streamlined application automatically enters customer and property information contained in GMAC Mortgage database files, so it doesn’t have to be re-entered.  Simply confirm that the information is correct, and enter other data such as the amount to refinance, employer name, and monthly income.

Customers looking for an online cash-out refinance can also benefit from the pre-population feature, but they may be required to fill out additional standard information to complete the process.
