The Purchase Power Mortgage Package is available in selected markets when you apply for a first lien purchase money mortgage between 9/1/2011 and 6/30/2012 through a GMAC Mortgage loan specialist. It's available for single family, owner-occupied residences.
The lender will waive or pay the following fees, so you'll pay:

Accelerated Payoff Program. Under the Accelerated Payoff Program, you can have partial mortgage payments withdrawn from your bank account on a weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis. Full monthly mortgage payments are applied to your loan once a month. Over a 12-month period, you make the equivalent of one extra monthly mortgage payment, thus helping to reduce your loan balance more quickly than scheduled.
Close on Time Guarantee. If your loan request is approved, GMAC Mortgage (GMACM) guarantees to close your Purchase loan on the agreed-upon date. If, once the closing date has been set and you have provided all requested documents and information, GMACM is unable to meet that closing date through its own fault, GMACM will give you a prepaid $500 gift card within 15 days after the actual closing date. Only one $500 gift card will be given per loan transaction regardless of the number of applicants or delays. This Close on Time Guarantee is available only on purchase-money mortgages closed through GMACM and it may be withdrawn at any time at GMAC's sole discretion.
